Ashley and Jacob’s wedding at La Valencia was a timeless and intimate celebration in the heart of La Jolla, California. Set against classic architecture and soft coastal light, the day unfolded naturally with a focus on family, faith, and genuine connection.


This wedding was intentionally planned as an intimate celebration with five hours of coverage, proving that a full day of photography is not always necessary to tell a complete story. With thoughtful timing and a relaxed pace, we were still able to capture all of the meaningful details, quiet moments, and emotional highlights that mattered most to Ashley and Jacob.


A garden ceremony was followed by an elegant indoor reception. A quiet first look. Unhurried portraits overlooking the ocean. Every part of the day allowed space to slow down and be fully present, creating images that feel honest and true to the experience.
